Our story
A small roaster in a small workshop.
Ember started in 2019 with a 5kg roaster, a few bags of green beans, and a stubborn idea: most supermarket coffee is roasted weeks — sometimes months — before it gets to you. Coffee doesn't deserve that.
So we keep it simple. We roast in small batches, every Tuesday. We ship within 48 hours. We work directly with growers we know by name, in regions we've actually visited.
That's the whole company. No fluff, no buzzwords, no nitro-cold-brew-on-tap. Just genuinely fresh coffee, sent quickly.
