Why is the pricing so low? What's the catch?

No catch. I'm building my client portfolio, so I'm running introductory rates for the next handful of projects — same hand-coded work, same care, same two weeks of post-launch support. Once the portfolio is full, these prices go up. This is the cheapest you'll ever see Arc Digital.

How long does a project actually take?

A landing site takes 3 days to a week. A larger custom site takes 1–2 weeks. After our first call I'll give you a launch date in writing — and stick to it.

What happens if I don't like the design?

You'll see preview links along the way and we refine together until you're genuinely happy. I don't move on to the build phase until you approve the design — in writing.

Will my website show up on Google?

Yes. Every site I build is set up with the technical pieces Google looks for: proper page titles, descriptions, mobile-readiness, and fast load times. I'll also show you the basics of staying findable over time — no monthly SEO contract required.

Do I actually own the website when it's done?

100%. Code, content, domain name, and hosting account are all set up in your name. If you ever want to move to another developer, you can — no lock-in, no licensing fees, no hostage situations.

Do you write the words on the site, or do I?

Whichever you prefer. If you already have copy, I'll polish it. If you don't, I'll write a first draft from our conversations and we'll refine it together. Either way, you get the final say on every word.

What if I need changes after launch?

The first two weeks after launch are free — small fixes, copy tweaks, anything you want adjusted. After that, larger updates are billed at a fair fixed price agreed before any work starts. No retainer, no recurring fees.

I'm not technical — will I understand what's going on?

Yes. Every update is in plain English. You can ask any question — even ones you think are basic — and you'll get a real answer. The only "tech" you ever need is your email and a web browser.
